Orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 business days from the time of placing the order, subject to all items being in stock.
If items cannot be fulfilled we will contact you to advise. Item availability can vary with stock sold at events and changes online.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Empire Equestrian will endeavour to display the current shipping rates on the website calculated through Australia Post & weight. Empire Equestrian reserves the right to change shipping rates charged to any destination and/or delivery method at any time.
Once dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of Australia Post.
EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
Items may be exchanged if incorrect size is selected or for change of design. Please choose sale items carefully as these are not available for return. Please complete the returns form below and send back with item(s).
To exchange an item, the product MUST be in original condition with all labels attached, in original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase.
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or if the item is not suitable. Refunds will be provided if a product is faulty and Empire Equestrian does not have a suitable replacement.
Providing a refund is at the discretion of Empire Equestrian. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge.
We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. We are not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies on this website. The information, prices, and discounts are subject to change without notice.
